Sugar Free Mojitos

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ounce Lime Wedges
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon of Erythritol or Stevia (preferably Erythritol)
  • 1 1/2 Ounces of White Rum
  • 1 Can Club Soda

Directions:

  1. “Mash” Mint, Lime, and sweetener together in the bottom of a glass using a “Muddler,” or the handle of a wooden kitchen spoon.
  2. Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice.
  3. Add Rum
  4. Top off with Club Soda
  5. Bottoms Up!
