Keto Force is a liquid ketone supplement that provides the user with a dose of the ketone body Beta-Hydroxybutyrate in the form of sodium and potassium salt (ketone salt). After taking a serving of Keto Force (30 cc), Keto Sports suggests you’ll experience increased levels of blood ketones in approximately 2.5 to 3 hours after ingesting a dose.
Keto Sports also suggests that you take Keto Force with an acidic beverage, due to its pH alkalinity.
InstaKetones comes in only one flavor, Orange Burst, and is a powder-based ketone supplement that can be mixed with 8 ounces of cold water once a day. Each serving of InstaKetones (17.5g) contains 11.7g of BHB (Beta-Hydroxybutyrate), an amino acid blend, calcium, sodium, citric acid, orange extract, and Lou Han Guo (Monk fruit).
This last product differs from the others in that instead of being a supplement you mix with a drink, it instead serves as a spray that you take orally six times a day (per their website). Dr. D’Agostino was also a major guide on developing this product, developing its patented blend of ketones to assist with energy, focus, and avoiding cravings.
These ketone supplements won’t solve all of your Ketogenic Diet needs, but they will be a major asset for you as you adapt your life to the fat burning lifestyle.
